We are a family based business and pride ourselves on offering the best possible price on all our products with excellent service. Providing a broad and expanding range of Doll Making and Doll House items, we cater to an ever changing world market. We are the importers, wholesalers and/or manufacturers of all products you see on this site. Please contact us directly for wholesale or volume prices and discount enquiries. We ship worldwide and can also work in US dollars. All stock is available from our 'Gabba' warehouse, Brisbane. Go to the 'Contacts' Section for local MAP and directions on how to get there.

Postage

ORDERS

Most items are in stock & ready to dispatch. We will confirm within 24 hours if any items are out of stock & when it is hoped more is available. Discontinued items & specials are removed after they sell out.

All stock is imported so replacement stock can take several months to be produced and arrive at our warehouse.

SHIPPING

Australia

We will try to confirm postage cost on your order within 24 hours. Due to the many varied postal options a standard charge of $13.00 will be applied at Check Out. This will be adjusted after order packed & volume/final packed weight known.

Minimum post cost is $5.50 in padded bag. This allows up to 250 grams. (small items like miniatures, eyes, lashes, etc can be combined in this rate)

250 - 500 grams - $6.50 in padded bag.

Over 500 grams - Post cost will depend on where you are.

e.g. - Up to 1 kg will be approx $10.00 for East Coast. $13.00 for other areas. Orders weighing over 1 kg will be advised of post cost after order received.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We will advise postage cost to your location after order processed or contact us prior to ordering for costing.

How to make a Payment

When you purchase items from this site you have two payment methods; PAYPAL and PURCHASE ORDER.

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard & Amex), Direct Deposit, Australian Money Order, Cheque. Pick up available. Please email for post cost prior to paying for order. Wholesale Customers- Please don't pay for orders until seperate tax invoice is created.

PAYPAL

When you nominate this payment gateway you can pay using a PAYPAL account or via VISA or MASTERCARD. You do not have to be a member to make a payment. When you have completed the payment you will receive and email confirming the transaction, or you can access your receipt via your ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE page under the USER MENU. You can also access ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE by clicking on the LOGOUT button at the top right of the web page.

PURCHASE ORDER

Using this method you will generate an order which will be sent to the site administrator. You do not need to make a payment immediately with this method, but rather you will be contacted by CREATE-A-DOLL staff to arrange payment and delivery.
